The Santa Monica Mountains Conservancy (SMMC) and the San Gabriel and Lower Los Angeles River Conservancy (RMC) are pleased to submit the Los Angeles River Ranger Program Establishment Plan with supplemental documents, in compliance with Section 9795 of the Government Code of Chapter 452 of the Statues of 2017, otherwise known as Assembly Bill 1558 (AB 1558) and amendment to Section 2 of Chapter 452 of the Statutes of 2017, in accordance with Senate Bill 1126 (SB 1126). 

For the purposes of this report, “Conservancies” refers to the San Gabriel and Lower Los Angeles Rivers and Mountains Conservancy (RMC) and the Santa Monica Mountains Conservancy (SMMC). The full report and supplemental documents may be downloaded here:
